New Client Intake Package – Coaching

Description
This package is for new clients. With this package, you will receive an initial 20-minute discovery phone call to discuss what areas you need help with, goals, obstacles, etc. Your coach will then take those notes and come up with a plan to discuss and work towards your goals over the next two meetings that will each be 45-minutes in length.
Total sessions: 2 (45-minute sessions) with a 20-minute initial discovery phone call. All sessions (meetings) will be done online via Zoom.
One 45 Minute Session – Coaching

Four: 45-minute sessions, with interim support 24/7 for quick check-ins via text messaging and email. Consistent, ongoing guidance to foster lasting change. Progress Assessments & Goal Tracking: Initial, mid-point, and final reviews. Customized planners and action plans when/if needed. Detailed session recordings or notes to allow review of key takeaways and action items.
